Wrong Colour frame base

Hi their ordered the black famed egg chair and cushions a when I received it it had two different colour frame pieces - a curved black upright pole to attach the chair however it had a grey round base which looks very odd.

No bolts included couldn’t put up two Xmas presents. Asked driver twice where are the driving kits? He said all taped in it. Not true

No bolts, no eye bolt no spring. Nothing. Now have to make something up from hardware store
